Randy’s Glass Repair is looking for an Auto Glass Repair and Replacement Technician. Our Auto Glass Technicians act as the face of Randy’s Glass Repair, maintaining our high quality and service standards with a combination of precision auto glass repair and unexpected happiness for our customers.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: DOE

Areas of Accountability

Customer Service

Explains how work will be performed in order to reassure customers of the Company's high level of

professionalism.

Responds effectively to customer questions and concerns.

Windshield Repair and Replacement

Repairs and installs auto glass in shop or on a mobile basis to insurance standards, customer expectations

and the company's specifications.

Takes pride in every repair and the customer experience by demonstrating a positive attitude, and always

using approved methods, tools and techniques

Replaces auto glass to Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.

Follows proper repair and replacement procedures, including cleaning up of the vehicle and work station.

Avoids damage to customer property.

Work Habits

Completes jobs within the scheduled times.

Completes an appropriate number of jobs daily.

Demonstrates flexibility with regard to job requests and work schedule.

Exhibits enthusiasm and a commitment to teamwork.

Safety

Follows company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protection equipment.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

Freedom of movement on a regular basis, operating office machines, equipment, and handling light materials

and supplies in a typical shop setting.

Physical activity requires walking, climbing, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting and stooping.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge of auto glass repair techniques, customer service,

Knowledge of safe driving practices

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, operate various hand and power tools and equipment, and safely

operate a motor vehicle
