Bay Point offers a two bedroom home in the center of our property to our Maintenance Person. This is offered to our employee rent free at only the cost of utilities which average $200 per month. Maintenance reports to the Bay Point Property Manager. Our common building has a large shop with all tools and equipment needed to perform the job, such as a truck with a plough, riding mower, power mower for hills, golf cart, and much more.
Responsibilities of Maintenance Person are as follows:
Pool/Spa maintenance, repair and keeping accurate records required by the state
Landscaping to include: mowing, fertilizing, tree trimming, weeding, maintenance of planted beds, sprinkler and drip
watering systems
Sub irrigation sprinkler system
Outside lighting on buildings, walkways and stairs
Lower decks on condo buildings
Video surveillance system on property
General grounds work such as picking up litter, maintaining docks and swimming area, parking lots, roads, walkways,
stairs and fences
General maintenance to common buildings
Vehicle and plow maintenance, cleaning and organization of shop
Snow removal to include plowing, sanding and shoveling when needed
Supervision of other maintenance personnel
Develop positive relationships with Bay Point Owners and Board of Directors
Evaluate current operations and make recommendations for improving operations
Starting salary will vary with experience and references ($20 to $25 per hour).
