CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Essential Functions & Duties:
+Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email and phone channels
+Earn the trust of customers
+Educate customers on product for optimal understanding and ease of use & accessibility
+Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own
+Special projects and other duties as assigned

+High school graduate or equivalent
