Big Sky Bus Lines Inc. is a locally and operated business that has been serving Great Falls, MT (the "Electric City") since 1982. We offer low cost group transportation via school bus charters and over the road tour coach charters. We are the largest transportation provider in North Central Montana.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Office Supervisor to join our team in Great Falls, MT!
Day in the life:
Supervise, schedule, coordinate charters for the operations of our transportation company
This position is responsible for scheduling drivers on a daily basis, maintaining customer service as well as supporting the day to day activities in the office
Strong understanding of scheduling, organizing, evaluating, and making key decisions
Team Leadership experience, delegating, categorizing needs, and assessing value of workloads
Documenting trip data such as fuel receipts, trip reports and driver compliance
Exceptional computer and electronics skills utilizing equipment and software
Map Reading and Route determination

What do we require?
Working experience of supervisor or relevant role
Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices
Knowledge and working experience of supervisory principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday with flexibility for possible after-hours needs.
