Very fast paced shop with high vehicle turnover is seeking an experienced tire and oil change technician. Applicant must be fully trained in all aspects of oil changes, as well as tire and wheel work including but not limited to custom wheels, high profile and low profile tires and wheels. Must work well with others, be efficient, accurate and work quickly, as well as effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Must be detail oriented and very organized. Must be able to accurately follow directions. Having mechanical skill is a plus.
Successful applicant will be honest and reliable, show up every day and on time, be neatly groomed (conservative dress) and presentable and will possess a positive "get the job done" attitude. Successful applicant must possess a current driver license and have a clean driving record. Successful applicant must pass a working test including performing a basic oil change and 4 tire dismounts, mounts and balance.
Successful applicant will work approximately 40+ hours per week; our shop is open 5 days per week. Excellent benefit package includes: medical and retirement plans, paid vacations and holidays, with a starting wage of $11 to $17.00 per hour depending on experience. Slackers need not apply.
