Gym406 offers preschool and recreational gymnastics, pre-competitive programs, Jumpstart Preschool, competitive teams, birthday parties, and Montanaâs only American Ninja Warrior training facility! âFun, Fitness and Futuresâ is our mantra. We strive to offer every child a place to succeed in our program.
We are looking for a high energy, enthusiastic, engaging, and outgoing person to join our team and help grow Gym406 to an industry leader in the family sports and fitness space.
What are we looking for?
The Front Desk Host is the first and last face our members see, therefore you are our brand representative and one of the most important people in our company!
This position is responsible for welcoming all clients into the gym, answering and directing calls, enrolling students, supervising open gym times, parties, and other special events while still helping to maintain the cleanliness of the club.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting all clients with a smile and assist with questions.
Enrolling students in classes, camps, and other programs going on at the gym.
Ordering and maintaining all retail inventory.
Light cleaning duties including vacuuming, trash removal, and bathroom maintenance and other duties on an as-needed basis.
Developing a reporting program for daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and retention reports. Once developed this should be communicated to management in a timely manner.
Taking roll for all classes.
Completing tasks as assigned by the department managers.
Handling customer inquiries and setting up all trial classes.
Other duties as needed.
Schedule:
20-30 hours per week
MUST be available evenings and weekends!
*Schedule is subject to change and could turn into a full-time position as the program grows.
