The Guest Services and Marketing Administrator works directly with the Owner and General Manager throughout the entire year. This position is key to the success of the ranch by providing up to date information on Reservations, Guest Status, and Marketing opportunities. The duties associated with this position are divided roughly 90% Guest Services and 10% Marketing. The position is responsible for arranging the details of a guest’s stay and working with the management and department heads to ensure delivery of a quality experience to the guests.

Firehole Ranch is a luxury fly fishing guest ranch in West Yellowstone, Montana just outside Yellowstone Natl. Park. Ranch staff all live together at the ranch during the 5-month summer operational season. In the off-season the position allows you to live where you like, though preferably in the Greater Yellowstone area.

Starting Salary depends on experience and is negotiable.

Firehole Ranch is a premier fly-fishing ranch located outside of West Yellowstone, Montana, offering guests incomparable access to world-class waters, gourmet western cuisine, and a historic lodge and private guest cabins. The Ranch sits on 640 acres on the shores of Hebgen Lake, is open only 16 weeks of the year and caters to 22 guests at a time.
