Saigon Alley has been operating as a food truck, but will be expanding into a restaurant space soon. We are looking for an experienced cook with a passion for fresh ingredients, Southeast Asian food and local foods. The line cook position will be 30+ hours. Serve safe certification is an added bonus.
Prep Cooks need not have experience, but we also welcome experienced prep cooks. This is an excellent position to start in if you have an interest in cooking! Prep cook positions are part time.
Both positions require hard work, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
