LaPa Grill is hiring for two positions: COOK/SERVER: Our restaurant is open-concept, fast-casual and fun. That means that we all cook, and we all serve, we share all duties - and we do it in a setting directly in front of our customers. It also means that all cooks make good tips! Restaurant experience preferred, but will train the right person. ASSISTANT MANAGER: We are also looking for a solid individual with demonstrable restaurant knowledge and experience as well as experience managing staff. This position is responsible for most in-house tasks. In addition to cooking, meal preparation and customer service, this candidate will be responsible for prep-lists, food-safety, training, ordering, inventory, scheduling, organization, sales records, hosting guests, catering set up, etc. Only mature, responsible candidates need apply.
