Son Heaven Assisted Living is looking for a caring, motivated, dependable person to join our team! Please come in to pick up an application.
Shift: Typically five hour shift in the morning (Monday-Thursday 7:00 am -12:00 pm)
Job Duties: To assist the Senior Caregiver with breakfast duties, housekeeping, and resident activities.
Set table, help prepare, serve and cleanup for morning meal
Housekeeping in resident rooms and common areas
Activities with residents as time allows (take residents for a walk, do puzzles or games)
Participate in education programs, in-services, and meetings as able
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Skills Needed:
Good people/communication skills

Ability to maintain resident and facility confidentiality
Willing to work as an active team member
Ability to maintain and display a positive attitude
Educational Requirement: None. Would prefer high school attendance. Must be at least 16 years of age due to limitations set forth by Montana Child Labor Laws.
Physical Demands: Walking and standing for greater than 70% of shift. Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, and stoop. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Overall: Assisted Living is a service industry and our residentâs safety and well being is our first priority. Caregivers should always strive to provide care that meets and exceeds the residentâs and familyâs expectations.
