We are expanding in the Helena market and looking for a Driver Supervisor to join our team and grow with us.
Responsibilities include:
Statewide travel with occasional overnight stays
One-on-one supervision and training of delivery drivers
Organize and maximize route efficiency
Oversee drivers vehicle maintenance
Communicate directly with the Operations Manager
Filling in and covering for drivers when needed
Having a good time
Qualifications include:
Experience in delivery, driving, merchandising and supervising
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Capable of lifting up to 150lbs
Ability to work independently & with a team
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of wine, beer & cider preferred
Organization, efficiency and attention to detail a must
