Helena association management company has an immediate opening for an convention/meeting planner who will also perform various administrative assistant duties as assigned. Prefer proven track record of directly interfacing with clients as well as hotels, understanding and working within our guidelines and planning and managing logistics related to the execution of conventions/meetings. Responsibilities will include task management for multiple projects, working with vendors/exhibitors, processing registrations/payments, and coordinating logistics. Project management skills and experience, a positive attitude, attention to details and dedication are required for success.
Travel Requirements:
Some travel will be required to various meeting locations
Schedule:
Somewhat flexible, but prefer 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility to weekends depending on the meeting/convention requiremens
