Full time position with debt collection agency.
Job involves the collection of past due debts. Successful applicants will have the following skills:
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-Comfortable and confident on the phone
-Basic knowledge of computers, including word processing (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel)
-At least 40 wpm typing
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to work in a small office environment
-Ability to sit / work at a computer for the majority of the day
Prior experience in the collections industry is a plus
Starting pay is $11 / hour, plus commission.
