Martel Construction, Inc. will be evaluating candidates to serve as a Construction Superintendent to work in our Kalispell, MT market. Our firm, founded in 1960, provides construction services from offices in Bozeman, Bigfork, and Missoula, MT. We are capable and seek to self-perform significant elements of most of our projects. A 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art millwork shop in Missoula supports the entire company.

Essential Job Functions (partial list):
Lead and manage the on-site construction team including Martel personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Proactively plan for, support, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
Coordinate all job site logistics and ensure organization and cleanliness are always maintained.
Qualifications (partial list):
5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent.
Compensation (partial list):
Compensation is competitive DOE.
