SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate all ladders and equipment and handle chemicals in a safe manner, making sure all chemical bottles are marked appropriately.
Inspect and maintain equipment on a weekly and/or monthly basis, including but not limited to urinal/toilet & faucet operation, and building flooring. Reports needed maintenance to Management for repair.
Maintain dealership neat & clean daily, including, but not limited to, restrooms, showroom, offices, storage rooms, etc.
Change light bulbs in all departments as needed, notify management if lights need serviced.
Check and change paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap in bathrooms and service shops when necessary.
Keep grounds and lot looking good; clean entryway mats and wash windows in all buildings when needed.
Empty inside and outside trash cans on a daily basis or as needed.
Be a team player, helping out where and when needed. This includes co-workers, management, customers and other departments
When needed, assist as
backup hauler when garbage bins need to be emptied.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
The employee may be required to:
Lift items weighing up to 70 pounds;
have face-to-face discussions with individuals or teams;
may work exposed to dust, noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials;
work in an open garage area in wet conditions.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
