Greetings!
We are the new owners of the Duck Inn Lodge in Whitefish, MT, and we are searching for some helping hands as we experience our second summer season. A typical work day will be 4-5 hours and will, undoubtedly, lean heavily toward cleaning and turning over guest rooms. But, we are looking for individuals who are willing to help us with all aspects of running the business. There may be some days where help is needed during morning breakfast hours or during the evening check-in times or doing any other of the multitude of daily tasks needed to run the business. We are still learning the ropes ourselves. In return for your efforts, we will do our best to expose or educate our workers on any aspect of the business they would like to learn more about.
We are primarily searching for individuals for our heavy summer season (June-September), but we hope to find some individuals to help beyond. We envision more of a team atmosphere than your typical hotel job. So, we are looking for flexible, fun-loving, and open-minded individuals who are willing and able to help us out. Ideal candidates will be reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented folks looking for a unique experience in a new small business. Experience, naturally, is a plus, but not a necessity.
Starting pay will be between $10 - $13/hour for, roughly, 15-25 hours per week. But we are willing to be flexible with daily and weekly schedules for high-quality individuals. This could be an ideal second job or part-time/occasional work.
