Prep Cook: Prep (7am-2pm)
What Youll Be Doing:
accurately prep all menu items for the restaurant
putting away orders with the FIFO rotation
maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
following all kitchen SOPs in the preparation of all prepped projects
leading by example as a brand ambassador with the customer comes first philosophy
Requirements of the Position:
1-year prep experience, preferably in a fast-pace environment
maintains a professional attitude and appearance
open availability, flexibility is a must
strong organizational and high-level communication skills
team player with the customer comes first philosophy
