Lead Line Cook: Sauté, Broiler, Ovens (day, swing, and night shifts)
What Youll Be Doing:
accurately cooking menu items on the line
maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
following all kitchen SOPs in the preparation of all menu items
leading by example as a brand ambassador with the customer comes first philosophy
managing a high volume of orders while maintaining high quality
Requirements of the Position:
have 1-year line cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
maintain a professional attitude and appearance
have open availability, flexibility is a must
possess strong organizational and high-level communication skills
be a team player with the customer comes first philosophy
