PRIVATELY CONTRACTED IN-HOME CAREGIVER for 97 YO gentleman, ambulatory with wheelchair, who needs moderate assistance with all ADLâs, including bathing, grooming and toileting as well as compassion for his declining mental status. Supervise, cook, clean, transport, maintain prescribed exercises, monitor medications & fluids and provide a mentally stimulating environment. Flexible Shifts: 8am -Noon; Noon -8pm. Optional days/times. Small dogs and night on-call on premises for 24/7 coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced CNA, Validation Therapy a plus. Excellent âscratchâ cook and âcornerâ cleaner. Valid Montana Driver's License and vehicle liability insurance on an accessible vehicle. Able to lift wheelchair into vehicle. NON-SMOKER as well as CLEAN and SOBER. Register with a Medicaid approved provider for background check. Four substantial references required.
