LC Staffing is now recruiting for Assemblers.
As an Assembler, you will work in a manufacturing facility and will be provided with work instructions and documentation for general assembly, electrical wiring, mechanical layout, and plumbing. You will succeed in this role if you are self-motivated and energetic to build and test semiconductor equipment.
No previous experience required! This position is entry-level and provides extensive on-the-job training for someone who has strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Independent worker and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Committed, meticulous, and quality driven.
Possesses basic computer skills.
Effective oral and written communicator.
Ability to grasp training concepts quickly.
Experience with electrical or sparkling electrical wiring preferred but not required.
Qualified candidates must pass a background check for consideration.
Three schedules available to meet your availability:
Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 6am-2am with a wage of $12.50 per hour.
Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6am-4:30pm with a wage of $12.50 per hour.
Weekend Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6am-6:30pm with a wage of $13.88 per hour.
Long-term benefits include: $0.10 increase to $12.60/hr after 90 days, ACA health insurance, 401K with company match, paid holidays and vacation, Thursday donuts, Temp Employee of the Month, flu vaccines, and performance goals celebrations!
