LC Staffing Kalispell is now hiring a long-term Night Shift Powder Coater.
As the Powder Coater, you will prepare parts and products for coating. Duties include running sandblasters, power washers, bead blasters, and ovens. You will be responsible for observing the machine gauges, determining the paint flow and viscosity, and baking the parts at appropriate temperatures and times. The Powder Coater should be knowledgeable with thermosetting resin coatings, wash and pretreatments.
This is an entry-level position; experience helpful but not required.
Desired Skills and Attributes of the Powder Coater:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient with general math and ability to read engineering drawings.
Ability to lift to 50lbs frequently, must be able to sit/stand/stoop/bend up to 10 hours a day.
Strong mechanical skills and keen attention to detail.
Basic masking and deburring skills.
Schedule is 4:00pm-2:30am with starting wages at $14.25-$15.50 per hour plus a 10% wage differential added for the night shift.
