LC Staffing Kalispell is now hiring for a long-term Press Operator for Whitefish location.
As the Press Operator, you will perform typical printing press operations to support the production floor. You will accurately and precisely carry out detailed instruction from job tickets, set up/adjust press for job runs, and ensure the highest quality product and monitor product during job runs. Other duties include mixing inks and color matches, mounting printing plates, installing cutting dies, hot stamps and/or emboss dies in press.
Desired Skills and Attributes of a Press Operator:
A minimum of 2 years of experience operating a printing press. Letterpress preferred, but all printing technologies considered.
Basic understanding of color theory.
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and tolerate chemicals and inks used during the press process
Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3pm-1am with starting wages at $14.00 per hour.
