Sportsman & Ski Haus / Crown Enterprises Inc. in Kalispell is seeking a part-time entry-level accounts payable clerk to join our team (20-25 hrs/week).
Primary duties will include matching invoices to received inventory, processing credits, reviewing vendor statements and processing payables through entire pay cycle. Other responsibilities will include working with receiving, buyers and vendors to resolve issues in a professional manner and retail sales audit. Individual team members will have additional areas of responsibility to support the office.
The ideal candidate for this position will have good office skills, but prior accounting experience is not required, excellent written and verbal communications skills, above average problem solving skills and will have an eye for detail. This candidate will also have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure of deadlines. Prior office experience is a plus. This is an entry-level position. Schedule may be either Mon-Th or Tues-Fri, 5-6 hours daily (20-25 hours/week.)
