Kalispell law firm is seeking an office coordinator/legal assistant to assist in everyday office needs. Duties for this position will include answering phones, mail processing, court filings, typing correspondence, creating and maintaining case files, light bookkeeping and billing, and assisting with low-level paralegal and legal assistant tasks as needed.
Job Requirements: candidates must have excellent written and communication skills; professional demeanor and appearance; high level of organization and attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office applications (experience with QuickBooks is a plus); reliable transportation; and ability to type 70+ WPM.
