Seeking to hire an inside full-time hourly sales associate (40 hours/week), for an advertising agency in Whitefish, Grow Advertising (www.growads.com). The pay is $18 per hour, plus small bonuses per sale, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Pay is biweekly, every other Friday.
The position involves talking on the phone with clients all over the country, about potential TV campaigns, using a web based phone system.
- All meetings with clients will be done over the phone, no need to meet in person.
- You will be cold-calling small business owners and other industries.
- Typically, it takes 2-3 phone calls to close a deal.
- We will give you all the training material and outline of the call (we don't believe in scripts).
- The web based phone system, allows you to sign in and make the calls directly from your computer at the office.
- Must be professional and able to communicate well over the phone and in writing.
