Mountain Lake Services is looking for carpenters to build custom homes in the flathead valley. Our focus is on quality of work and client satisfaction, not speed or pace of production. If its not done right it doesnt matter if it was done fast.
We offer a low stress / low pressure work environment. We work 5 10s and some Saturdays if required, but are very flexible with time off for family trips, hunting season, etc. We have work lined up through next year, including a large indoor remodel this winter. We provide all tools, you are required to have a set of bags with basic hand tools. Must have some experience in or be willing to learn most facets of construction as we do just about everything. Will provide training and direction on tasks if needed but must be able to work independently. Pay is $20-$30 / hr DOE and you will be paid every 2 weeks.
