LC Staffing Glacier is now hiring for a long-term Diesel Mechanic.
As an experienced Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, electrical trouble shooting, steering and cooling systems and ensuring services provided follow safety procedures. You will recondition and replace parts, such as pistons, bearings, gears, valves, and bushings, using engine lathes, boring machines, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.
To qualify for this position, you must be able to diagnose trouble, disassemble engines, and examine parts for defects and excessive wear. You must have your own tools.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm and sometimes Saturdays, 8am-12pm. Competitive hourly wage offered with full benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, and 401k.
