LC Staffing is partnering with a local company in the building industry to hire long term and full-time Installers! Starting wage is $14.00 but your wage will be evaluated based on your performance, attitude, and willingness to work hard. This company has lots of opportunities for training and advancement and they offer OUTSTANDING BENEFITS!
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm with mandatory overtime (average work week is 50-60 hours) and occasional Saturdays as needed. They also travel on occasion for projects but this is only if you are available. Travel expenses and a per Diem are provided.
In this role you will spend most of your workday standing, bending, and kneeling to install and replace materials used to insulate buildings to help control and maintain building temperature.
Qualified applicants must have a clean driving record to drive company vehicle, pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
No previous experience is required, only the desire to work hard with a family-oriented team!
