Local midsized homebuilder seeking experienced carpenter. New construction & larger remodels, primarily residential but also some commercial work. Experience in a commercial setting with rough and finish carpentry a must, including framing, siding, windows/doors, decks, trim & finish work. Experience in other trades is helpful, though we usually hire those out. We really want someone who cares about reputation and quality of work as much as we do, works hard, is seeking something long term and who can grow with our company. Good attitude a must. We are an organized, no drama crew who supports each other and wants to produce a quality product and have a good time doing it. The capability to be a lead or a full foreman, or grow into that, is desired. Pay is DOE and competitive, plus available health insurance and job based bonuses depending on how we do. Valley wide, but home baseĀ is Whitefish. We usually work 35-40/hrs a week and have work lined up far into 2020. Employees, no ICEC required, and we carry work comp.
