Home builder seeking excavation equipment operator. Mini-ex & skid steer. Mostly residential work: utilities, foundations, grading. We have a lot of work lined up for the year. We are willing to work with the right person on the arrangement: full time, part time, ICEC or employee, handle all the work we have or part of it, or join full time and we have other types of work (carpentry) available year round. Willing to pay well for the right person. Being able to handle excavation projects independently a must.
