Service Lead

Responsibilities
The Service Lead will be actively engaging throughout the service process with the Technicians, Service Writers, and the Service Manager. The areas of responsibility for this position include but are not limited to:
Reviewing repair orders with technicians to maintain company standards for quality control, accuracy of billing, collection of required statistics, and accurate resolutions and recommendations.
Accurately communicating findings, recommended additional services, and resolving quality control issues with the Service Writers.
Providing and maintaining high quality customer service
Assisting the Service Manager in evaluating and improving efficiency, safety, quality of work, and scheduling.
Qualifications
2+ years of Service Center Experience Required
2+ years of Management Experience Required
3+ years of Customer Service Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED
General Mechanical Knowledge Required
Knowledge in the marine & power sports field preferred
Specific product knowledge preferred
Experience in conflict resolution preferred.
The ideal candidate will have the above qualifications and exhibit additional qualities such as: strong organizational, time management, and communications skills; thrive in a team environment, follow instructions, and handle constructive criticism. The Service lead must be willing to adapt to changing schedules, situations, and be willing to work overtime. Candidates must be able to frequently walk, climb, kneel, lift, etc.
