Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is seeking energetic Certified Nurses Aids who are dedicated to high quality and compassionate care across the lifespan. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to critically think, demonstrate exceptional communication skills and possess a strong desire to improve the overall quality of care for our patients and families. Responsibilities: Provides basic care to patients in medical surgical and Swingbed patients Assists patients with activities of daily livingAssists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a Registered NurseCommunicates appropriate and completely each patient status with assigned RN and others on patient care teamDocuments completely in the medical record all cares providedDemonstrates ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situationsParticipates in Quality Improvement activities Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalentSuccessful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ProgramCurrent Montana CNA license without restrictionsCurrent BLS certification (preferred, must obtain within 6 months of hire)Minimum of six (6) months of related work experience preferred
