Chubbies, a San Francisco-based apparel company, is looking for additional agents to join their Missoula-based Customer Experience Team. We are looking for a hard-worker who will go above and beyond to serve our customers and promote our brand.
THE JOB
Provide an excellent customer experience via expert help and unmatched support.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email and social media.
Be a liaison between our customers and company.
Identify key pain points and patterns for customers and recommend process changes to help us improve as a company.
Act on time-sensitive emails, phone calls and chats while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
AVAILABILITY
We are looking for seasonal employees to work 20-30 hours per week, including weekends.
This position is seasonal and will end January 10, 2020.
Applicants will ideally have availability between 7:00am and 6:00pm MST.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Self-starter and responsible.
Able to work productively in a remote environment (from home) but with the requirement to meet in person in Missoula on a weekly basis for training.
Passionate about helping our customers every step of the way, with any issue.
Awesome communicator who can riff off our unique brand voice.
Understands the brand.
Delivers tasks and projects on-time and is self-managed.
Solves problems quickly, thoughtfully and completely.
Eager to learn new tech systems and procedures, as well as think outside the box.
Can juggle many tasks at once while remaining organized and on-task.
Creative mind always trying to figure out ways to exceed our customers' expectations.

Must be a Montana resident.
