Chubbies, a San Francisco-based apparel company, is looking for additional agents to join their Missoula-based Customer Experience Team. We are looking for a hard-worker who will go above and beyond to serve our customers and promote our brand.
THE JOB
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email and social media.
-Be a liaison between our customers and company.
-Identify key pain points and patterns for customers and recommend process changes to help us improve as a company.
-Act on time-sensitive emails, phone calls and chats while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
AVAILABILITY
-We are looking for seasonal employees to work 20-30 hours per week, Saturday-Wednesday.
-This position is seasonal and will end August 2, 2019.
-Applicants will ideally have availability between 7:00am and 6:00pm MST.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
-Self-starter and responsible. Able to work productively in a remote environment (from home) but with the requirement to meet in person in Missoula on a weekly basis for training.
-Passionate about helping our customers every step of the way, with any issue.
-Awesome communicator who can riff off our unique brand voice.
-Gets the brand.
-Delivers tasks and projects on-time and is self-managed.
-Solves problems quickly, thoughtfully and completely.
-Eager to learn new tech systems and procedures, as well as think outside the box.
-Can juggle many tasks at once while remaining organized and on-task.
-Shorts enthusiast.
-Creative mind always trying to figure out ways to exceed our customers' expectations.
