LC Staffing Missoula is partnering with a healthcare service to hire long-term Medical Customer Service Representatives.
The Medical Customer Service Representatives will be acting as a liaison between clients and caregivers, managing inbound and outbound calls, and handling different topics of conversation. This position is also required to evaluate documents to ensure the appropriate information has been obtained for billing purposes.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
Excellent data entry and typing skills.
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus but not required.
Need to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
