Mountaintop Preschool is looking for a fun, patient, and loving Lead Teacher for our 2 4 year olds classrooms in our Montessori inspired Preschool
We have an engaging environment that we are consistently improving. We garden, make art, yoga, music, and provide an inspiring curriculum from many philosophies along with a structure schedule and academics.

We need someone who is gentle, kind, and is able to keep composure even in frustrating situations.
Job includes potty training along, cleaning, and patience.
We would like someone who is self-motivating but who is also able to take direction.
We are a small staff and require communication and focus.
This job is full time 40 hours a week M- F between 9- 5:30 with a 1/2 hour break for lunch.
Also seasonal unpaid breaks that follow with Missoula Public Schools.
There is a 30 day trial period.

Must have 2 year of experience in childcare with references
High school education
Able to pass background check (DMV and State)
