Morrison-Maierle, Inc. has immediate full-time opportunities in our Missoula, Montana office for a Survey and Civil Technician.

Opportunity
This position involves becoming part of an exciting, growing team involved with land, building, and civil infrastructure projects. Our team employs the use of conventional land survey equipment as well as emerging UAV and LiDAR equipment to collect, model, analyze, and create solutions for a variety of survey and engineering challenges for our clients.
We are searching for a motivated, responsible, open-minded candidate to become part of this team. Depending on experience and interest, this position will include performance of field boundary and engineering surveys, data reduction, model-generation, and analysis, and generation of output data for construction operations.
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma. Associates or B.S. degree in surveying, CAD Design/Modeling, or associated discipline preferred. LSI certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years) preferred. Other education and certifications applicable to the Opportunity will be considered.
Minimum 2 years experience in data collection, reduction, modeling, and analysis preferred, but not required. High level of personal responsibility, self-motivation, and accountability preferred. Interpersonal skills to meet and communicate effectively with team. Positive attitude and team-oriented.
Experience with Trimble field survey equipment, AutoDesk Civil 3D and Revit, Trimble Business Center, Trimble RealWorks, Pix4d, and/or SketchUP desirable.
Must be willing to travel on occasion. Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record.
Salary $20/hr - $30/hr
