Posh Chocolat is seeking experienced pastry cook to maintain our pastry wholesale program and the potential opportunity to work with chocolates and confections. Must have at least 2 years experience. Set schedule, 25 to 35 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, etc. following traditional and modern recipes
Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
Must be able to work quickly, efficiently and multitask.
Be able to work autonomously, take directions from the pastry chef.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations. They must adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible serving.
