We at The Living Centre are looking for a full time Head Cook! This position is responsible for preparing daily meals for 90+ Assisted Living/Skilled Nursing residents according to Federal and State regulations and coordinating with a small crew of kitchen staff. The Head Cook reports to our facility Dietary Manager. Experience in a commercial kitchen is required, and managerial experience is preferred. This position is a 4 days on, 2 days off schedule from 6:00AM- 2:30PM
