Winds of Change is hiring a Program Administrator for the daily and long term management of a Mental Health Center. This position will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and CEO. Major responsibilities: ensure pre-authorization of clients, provide clinical supervision of staff, supervise managers, approve program curriculum, ensure program compliance, serve as an agency representative, identify and obtain grant and funding acquisition, manage complaints and arbitrate grievances, maintain survey compliance, participate in Leadership Team for ongoing program development and long range planning. This position requires that a candidate have a LCSW or LCPC, or have Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field in current process of seeking licensure. Minimum five (5) years' experience in working in a mental health setting with adults with SDMI.
