Located at the gateway to the beautiful Bitterroot Valley region in Stevensville, Montana, The Living Centre is a premier Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing community.
We are looking for a Paid Dining Room Assistant to join our growing team! The Primary purpose of your job position is to help facilitate the dining experience for our residents. Some residents who sit in wheelchairs may need assistance getting to and from the dining room and once there will need varying levels of assistance with feeding themselves. You may also be responsible for assisting residents on a 1:1 basis in their rooms. Each meal generally takes about 1.5 hours from start to finish. We are looking for help during all 3 meals per day, every day of the week. While a routine schedule is appreciated, we are also open to hiring someone who can only fill in as needed. A Paid Feeding Assistant certificate from the State of Montana is required. We will provide this training at no cost to you. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is highly motivated and is passionate about caring for the elderly population. This position also has a great potential for advancement opportunities, as we will pay for you to get your CNA certification if desired!
