Meadowlark Home Care is a home health care agency in town looking to revitalize the industry and change the standard for both care providers and clients!
We are currently in need of a full time night shift person (2030-0800). The schedule is week on/week off and averages 40 hrs/week. Starting pay is $13.50 with raise eligibility every 6 months after the probationary period. Health insurance is available for full time employees at a cost of $40/month after probationary period. We also offer paid time off and free dental insurance.
Job Description:
Being an in-home care provider means assisting our members with their activities of daily living (ADLs) and/or providing social supervision, homemaking, life coach and companion hours. Assistance with bathing, hygiene, meal preparation and mobility are common.
Qualified applicants must:
Have a current CNA or PCA certification (Waiver or in-house training available).
Be caring and compassionate.
Be able to lift 50lbs.
Have a valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
Be available to work weekends.
Meadowlark Home Care believes the industry is in trouble because too few of the front line caregivers are appreciated and supported monetarily and mentally like they should be. The market is due for a readjustment that fills the industry with motivated and talented care providers.
