WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Directs and supervises all aspects of the daily functioning of a group home.
Schedules shifts and monitors record-keeping and treatment plans.
Provides clinical treatment to all residents and administrative input to the programs management team
Evaluates staff performance.
Under the supervision of the Director and the Therapist:
Provides clinical treatment to all residents
Disciplines staff as needed
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a human service or related field
An equivalency may be established with at least three (3) years of direct employment experience
At least one (1) year of supervisory and/or leadership experience.
Knowledge of human resource policies and procedures, progressive disciplinary procedures, and remedial techniques to enhance employees performance
Intrapersonal skills and the ability to work comfortably and efficiently with supervisors, staff, and consumers.
