We need some help on some home owner general maintenance chores. We need someone that can safely operate motorized lawn tools, pull some noxious weeds, underground sprinkler repair, painting, and changing the oil and filters on our ATV's and lawnmower. It would be a plus to have knowledge of minor electrical repair and simple carpentry service. If interested, please include your hourly fee, and any other fees you would need to come and do some work for us.
