Our company is well established in the Missoula area with a good reputation for faithful, friendly and quality service. We offer Spring and Fall cleanups, thatching, aeration, bed maintenance, pruning and trimming. In the Winter we provide snow removal and ice control.
Currently we are looking to add two qualified lawn care professionals who are skilled at tidy trimming and operating zero turn mowers. Experienced lawn care employees will start at $14 per hour and will obtain merit based pay raises in 90 days or less. Bonuses are possible for exceptional dependability, efficiency, quality work and cheerful service. We also have some paid holidays and Personal Time Off days for those who qualify. Not applicable during snow removal season. Sick pay is granted at our discretion on a case by case basis. Conditions and restrictions apply.
We are looking for clean cut and healthy individuals with a serious work ethic balanced with a spirit of joy in serving others and working as a team. We have a no profanity and no smoking policy for our business property and client properties. We provide uniforms for those who complete a minimum of 30 days of satisfactory service.
If you have a current weed & feed spray license from the Montana Dept. of Agriculture, please contact us ASAP. You may be eligible to start at $16 per hour if qualified and experienced.
