Onsite Cleaner– MISSOULA, MONTANA

Over the past 35 years, Garden City has become the industry leader in plumbing and HVAC services for commercial and residential construction sites, technician services, maintenance of equipment, and installation of new systems. GCPH has always taken pride in providing top quality service to all clients, no matter how big or small the project.
GCPH is currently seeking an Onsite cleaner.
Responsibilities
General cleaning (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping) of office spaces, mechanical room, restrooms, conference rooms, kitchen, shop area, apartment
Cleaning of kitchen appliances
Assist in preparation and clean up of monthly safety meeting and company lunches
Stock and maintenance cleaning supplies
Maintain outside walkways and landscaping
Requirements
Must pass pre-employment drug testing; physical and background check
Current/valid driver’s license with insurable record under a fleet policy
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have GREAT communication skills
Must have a willing to serve attitude
Must be dependable and reliable
Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Hours for this position will be 6-8 hours/day depending on cleaning needs. Position will start at 12:00noon.
Pay for this position will be $12-$15 DOE.
