Independent Contractors are needed in your area to perform Clean Outs/Debris Removal, Yard Maintenance, Snow Removal and Inspections to ensure that each property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. BLM Companies, LLC has the HUD Property Preservation contract for 27 states. We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies. Property preservation/maintenance experience would be helpful, but not required. Training is available.
