Position Summary
Under general supervision, in accordance with established policies and procedures, performs a variety of marketing and clerical duties. Work as a team with the loan officers to contact potential clients and assist in gathering information required for consumer loan applications. Extensive contact with customers and the public both in person and on the telephone.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
⢠Answer incoming telephone calls.
⢠Primary receptionist for loan officers.
⢠Schedule appointments for loan officers.
⢠Provide administrative assistance for loan officers.
⢠Complete clerical tasks for loan officers.
⢠Other duties as assigned.
