MCT, Inc. has an opening for a Tour Marketing Assistant. This full time position is part of the team that coordinates the routing and booking of the Missoula Childrenâs Theatre tour project, as well as other projects. The following is a list of duties and tasks assigned to the Tour Marketing Assistant.
⢠Field Presenter phone calls and emails as needed
⢠Assist with the routing and contracting of the tour
⢠Maintain routing boards
⢠Email weekly presenter correspondence including, but not limited to, presenter materials & evaluations
⢠Process all evaluations
⢠Respond to tour evaluations and RFAâs as needed
⢠Process all Request for Residency Forms
⢠Assist in calling first-time Presenters
⢠Track DVD licensing
⢠Assist in all social media aspects of the tour
⢠Create all tour Mailchimp templates
⢠Assist in development of all publicity materials including graphics, photos, posters
⢠Update the company website as needed
⢠Process tour contracts as needed
⢠Assist in coordinating and compiling conference materials both pre and post
⢠Attend booking conferences as needed
⢠Order Tour Department office supplies
⢠Supervise volunteers assisting the Tour Marketing Department
⢠Work closely with the Tour Production office staff on various projects including tour training
Required skills: Strong work ethic, sense of humor, self-motivated, with ability to problem-solve, prioritize, multi-task and work in a busy, often noisy, office. Proven written and oral communication with excellent customer service skills.
Preferred skills: Experience working in a database and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Some experience working in design programs including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and iMovie as well as knowledge posting on social media including FB, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter â all while maintaining Company Brand Voice.
Experience as a MCT Tour Actor/Director is preferred; with knowledge to train tour shows as needed, and provide on-the-road training and fill-ins as needed.
