LC Staffing Missoula is partnering with a property management company to hire a long-term Maintenance Office Administrator/Inspector.
The Office Administrator/Inspector will be working with the maintenance service team to handle resident interaction and maintenance service requests/repairs. This person will answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, take maintenance requests, manage schedule, and assist with tenant move-outs. Ideal candidates will have basic maintenance knowledge to relay information to the maintenance team when assessing problems or repairs.
Job Responsibilities:
⢠Enter vendor invoices for payment.
⢠Follow up with vendors for invoices, inquiries or scheduling under the direction of the Maintenance Director.
⢠Maintains and expands working knowledge of property management services and the industry.
⢠Responsible for communicating with Property Manager on units ready for occupancy for arriving guests.
⢠Reports to Housekeeping Manager that call backs are needed for cleans that do not meet standards and re-inspects as needed.
⢠Reports maintenance deficiencies as inspections occur while recording such on daily logs or paperwork.

⢠Valid driverâs license and dependable vehicle.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with a starting wage at $11.00 per hour.
